Shipping Methods
Dangerboy Components ships orders both nationally and internationally via trusted courier services. All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Processing
Please allow upto 3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility. Custom Order product are not subject to our standing processing times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the courier and is in transit, Dangerboy Components is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Packages confirmed as delivered by the courier's tracking system but reported as not received
- Packages damaged in transit
- Packages stolen after delivery
Shipping Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout. This add-on is available by default during the checkout process and provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, allowing us to offer a replacement or refund in the event something goes wrong in transit.
If you choose to decline Shipping Protection, you accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs once your order has been shipped, and Dangerboy Components will be unable to offer a replacement or refund for these issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dangerboy Components is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@dangerboyusa.com — we will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
